JRTL offer a range of affordable, shortwave Infra Red (IR) Heater Lamps adapted specifically for the composites & aerospace industries. These provide a portable / mobile, controllable heat source to complement our range of Hot Bonding Controllers and Heater Mats. IR Lamps offer a simple and efficient method of applying even heat to a component.
We offer technical support for any project & adapt cassettes for bespoke applications. We have also developed a range of: timers, over-temperature sentinels & controllers to operate specifically with these lamps.

DESCRIPTION
Combining the features of a flexible hand held heater, with the benefits of a free standing curing system.
The JRTH-LP1000 Series is the ideal model to compliment any composite workshop.
Used with the stand, it also becomes an ideal additional heat source or spot curing / drying unit.
This model is intended for use on small repairs and drying jobs.
The JRTH-LP1000 Series comes ready fitted with the new 'GC' Powerslim lamp, offering the same high output as the full size models.

DESCRIPTION
The JRTH-LP2000 Series is the ideal heater to compliment any composite workshop. It can be used to provide spot curing / drying for any number of small jobs. Designed to be used with our existing lightweight stand.
The 500 mm 1 KW quartz infrared Powerslim lamp fitted into our 580 mm cassette easily covers a horizontal or vertical repair. It is quick and simple adjustment up and down the full length of the 1.8m high stand.

The JRTH-LP3000 Series has three 1 KW GC Powerslim lamps, fitted into three individual cassettes.
This flexible system allows each cassette to be adjusted and locked into position around the contours of the vehicle body, ensuring maximum area coverage.
Height adjustment is made using the high performance locking gas strut, offering a near weightless movement to the cassette support arm.

Heater Lamp Type JRTH-HL4500, comprising: 3 x 1.5KW lamps, 750mm long,
rated: 240 Volts & 18.75 Amps, area coverage: 1000mm x 1250mm, modified with no control switching, armoured power in cable & plain housing (as recently supplied to BA, but with JRTL Hot Bonding Controller Type 400/1/H/P). Each lamp is fitted with a power ON / OFF switch, but these should not be used to control temperature of lamp:
JRTL manufacture a bespoke range of Temperature Controllers designed to be used specifically with heater lamps.
